Rio Arnett was a major factor in Mesa's win over Cesar Chavez on Friday. Arnett was dynamite, rushing for 172 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. Mesa is undefeated when Arnett posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Arnett and Mesa will square off against Perry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Arnett up against the Pumas' star rusher Vaun Patterson.
