East Kentwood had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 44-40 W against the Caledonia Fighting Scots. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

East Kentwood now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Caledonia, their loss dropped their record down to 18-6.

Coming up, East Kentwood will square off against Forest Hills Northern at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Forest Hills Northern will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something East Kentwood surely won't give up without a fight. Caledonia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
