Soccer Recap: Gabrielino Takes a Loss

Gabrielino managed to keep up with Mountain View until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Gabrielino Eagles came up short against the Mountain View Vikings, falling 5-1. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Gabrielino's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-2. As for Mountain View, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gabrielino will challenge Rosemead at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Mountain View, they will square off against El Monte at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
