Basketball Recap: Goshen Central Has No Trouble Against Middletown

Goshen Central lost to Middletown back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Goshen Central Gladiators came out on top against the Middletown Middie Bears by a score of 52-43. The matchup marked the Gladiators' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Goshen Central has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Middletown, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Goshen Central will venture away from home to square off against Port Jervis at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Middletown, they will welcome Washingtonville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
