Recap: Harvey Red Raiders vs. Jefferson Area Falcons
The Harvey Red Raiders lost against the Jefferson Area Falcons back in March of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The matchup between the two teams wasn't particularly close, with Harvey falling 67-51. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Harvey had strong showings from Davon Badley, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and two steals, and Armani Hall, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds. Chase Goines was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds.
Harvey has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Jefferson Area, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
Harvey will head out on the road to square off against Madison at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Jefferson Area will take on Geneva at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Geneva will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
