Temple won against Killeen on Tuesday with 22 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Wildcats beat the Kangaroos by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 22-1. With that win, the Wildcats brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.

The victory made it two in a row for Temple and bumps their season record up to 10-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 22.0 runs over those games. As for Killeen, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Coincidentally, Temple and Killeen will both be playing Bryan the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Kangaroos will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
