Preview: Pea Ridge vs. Prairie Grove
Pea Ridge will challenge Prairie Grove on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Pea Ridge are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Pea Ridge might be getting used to good results now that the team have four wins in a row. They put a hurting on Gravette to the tune of 42-0. Junior Tate Busey, who rushed for 182 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in Pea Ridge's success. Busey has now scored at least one touchdown in the past six games.
After a string of three wins, Prairie Grove's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 14-56 to Shiloh Christian. Prairie Grove were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 14-35.
Pea Ridge didn't have too many spare points in their matchup with Prairie Grove the last time the two teams met, but they still walked away with a 26-21 win.
