Volleyball Recap: Woburn Memorial Comes Up Short

Woburn Memorial lost against Winchester back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tanners lost 3-0 to the Red & Black. The Tanners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-18.

Sarah Mullally paced Woburn Memorial's offense, picking up five kills. Mullally got some help from Lauren Snyder and her eight assists. Ciara Nee controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Woburn Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Winchester, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, Woburn Memorial will take on Watertown at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Winchester has already played their next game (against Westport), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
