Davenport waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 15-2 margin over the Navarro Panthers. Considering the Wolves have won 11 matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Teagan Massey looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, she posted three strikeouts, the most she's had since back in February.
At the plate, Davenport got a massive performance out of KINLEY Keller, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Addi Willis was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and two runs.
Davenport was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. They are a perfect 11-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Davenport's record now sits at 16-6-1. As for Navarro, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12-1.
