Bellingham hadn't done well against Sehome recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Bayhawks narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Mariners 4-2. The Bayhawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mariners, too.

Bellingham is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Sehome, they dropped their record down to 5-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
