Watseka waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 63-53 win over the Donovan Wildcats. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Donovan lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jacob Onnen, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 18 points and five boards. Onnen's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brendan Hennieke, who went 5 for 11 en route to 12 points and six rebounds.

Watseka pushed their record up to 5-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Donovan, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Watseka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-43 win against Momence on the 12th. Donovan has also already played their next matchup, a 61-57 loss against Grant Park on the 14th.
