Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Silas). Their defense stepped up to hand the Mount Tahoma T-Birds an 11-0 shutout on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Silas considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Silas now has a winning record of 4-3-2. As for Mount Tahoma, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9-1.

Coincidentally, Silas and Mount Tahoma will both be playing Lincoln the next time they take the pitch. The Rams will host the Abes at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the T-Birds will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
