Basketball Game Preview: Maroa-Forsyth Trojans vs. Central A & M Raiders

The Maroa-Forsyth Trojans will take on the Central A & M Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Maroa-Forsyth saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They strolled past St. Teresa with points to spare, taking the game 63-49. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Central A & M didn't have too much trouble with Argenta-Oreana on Tuesday as they won 58-44.

Central A & M's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Maroa-Forsyth, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Maroa-Forsyth skirted past Central A & M 51-49 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
