If Armijo wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Fairfield, they should've done a better job of containing Jonah Jackson. The Falcons enjoyed a cozy 62-45 win over the Royals on Tuesday for which the team can thank Jackson, who shot 67% from the field en route to 27 points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 42.1% three-point shooting accuracy.

Another player making a difference was Drashon Moroney, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 13 points and six rebounds. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Armijo's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jayden Anderson-Lacy, who shot 67% from the field on his way to 15 points, and Aiden Dantes, who posted six points.

The victory made it two in a row for Fairfield and bumps their season record up to 2-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points over those games. As for Armijo, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Fairfield has already played their next game (against Alhambra), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Armijo, they will challenge American Canyon at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Royals will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
