Basketball Recap: Dassel-Cokato Takes a Loss

Dassel-Cokato lost against Watertown-Mayer back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dassel-Cokato Chargers took a 66-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Watertown-Mayer Royals.

Dassel-Cokato's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Watertown-Mayer, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dassel-Cokato will welcome Annandale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Annandale has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 176 points over their last three games. As for Watertown-Mayer, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Glencoe-Silver Lake at 7:00 p.m. Glencoe-Silver Lake will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Watertown-Mayer surely won't give up without a fight.
