After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pearland, Sam Rayburn was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Pasadena Eagles by a score of 3-1. For Sam Rayburn, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 victory Pasadena walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Marlen Garza and Marlene Davila scored all three of Sam Rayburn's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Sam Rayburn's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Pasadena, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
