Volleyball Recap: Bennington Triumphs

Bennington lost to Thunder Ridge back in September of 2017, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Longhorns. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Taleigh Watson paced Bennington's offense, picking up eight kills. Watson got some help from Marley Rodenbeek and her 12 assists. Jordan Bartlett controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Bennington's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Thunder Ridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Bennington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Sylvan-Lucas on the 20th. As for Thunder Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ell-Saline on the 20th.
