Football Recap: Academy for Innovative Education Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Academy for Innovative Education's offense. They were dealt a 41-0 defeat at the hands of the Monsignor Pace Spartans on Wednesday. The Aviators just can't catch a break and have now endured nine losses in a row.

Academy for Innovative Education's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Monsignor Pace, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Academy for Innovative Education will square off against Downtown Doral at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Dolphins' defense has only allowed 10.4 points per game this season, so the Aviators' offense will have their work cut out for them. Monsignor Pace does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
