Basketball Recap: South Hills Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arlington Heights, South Hills was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Wyatt Chaparrals by a score of 47-38. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in January.

Among those leading the charge was Ra?Monce Spriggins, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jordan Granviel, who posted eight points and five boards.

South Hills' record is now 7-20. As for Wyatt, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-20.

South Hills and North Side will meet in a classic North v. South matchup at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Hills is facing North Side at the right time seeing as North Side is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Wyatt, they will challenge Trimble Tech at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wyatt will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: Trimble Tech will have lost 25 straight heading into Tuesday's match.
