Basketball Recap: Susquehanna Valley Comes Up Short

Susquehanna Valley lost against Horseheads back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Susquehanna Valley Sabers took a 62-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Horseheads Blue Raiders.

Susquehanna Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Horseheads, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.

Susquehanna Valley and Horseheads should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. Susquehanna Valley (ranked 44th) will meet Norwich (ranked 270th) at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Horseheads will take on Ithaca at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday up 444 places (91 vs. 535).
