Ferguson has gone a perfect 4-0 against Keys Gate recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Falcons will head out to square off against the Knights at 3:30 p.m. Ferguson is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games.

Ferguson can't be too worried about heading out to take on Keys Gate: they just beat Southridge at home, who had been dominant on their own field up to that point. The Falcons came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 14-10 on Thursday. That's two games straight that the Falcons have won by exactly four runs.

Meanwhile, Keys Gate earned a 6-3 win over Dade Christian on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Lazaro Puig was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Ferguson's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-7-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Keys Gate, their record now sits at 7-11.

Keys Gate's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Ferguson has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .453. It's a different story for Keys Gate, though, as they've only averaged .363. Will they be able to contain Ferguson's hitters?

Ferguson beat Keys Gate 7-3 when the teams last played two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
