Soccer Recap: Atlas Preparatory School Comes Up Short

Atlas Preparatory School lost against Cheyenne Mountain back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Gryphons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red-Tailed Hawks. That's two games in a row now that Atlas Preparatory School have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Atlas Preparatory School and nudges their season record down to 4-2-1. As for Cheyenne Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 3-4-2.

Looking ahead, Atlas Preparatory School will look to takes advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Fountain Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cheyenne Mountain, they will venture away from home to face off against Discovery Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be Cheyenne Mountain's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
