Volleyball Recap: Ballard Bulldogs vs. Northeast Vernon County Knights
Ballard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Northeast Vernon County Knights, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Saturday.
Ballard was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Northeast Vernon County work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 28-26, 25-18.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northeast Vernon County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mackenzie Lee, who had nine kills and seven aces.
