Purvis faced Oak Grove in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tornadoes came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Tornadoes in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won four in a row.

While Purvis might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Oak Grove scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18.
