Basketball Recap: Woodlawn-B.R. Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Woodlawn-B.R. and Tioga squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Woodlawn-B.R. had to settle for second. They fell 48-36 to the Tioga Indians. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Woodlawn-B.R.'s defeat dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Tioga, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-10 record this season.

Woodlawn-B.R. does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tioga, they will challenge St. Thomas More on Tuesday. St. Thomas More will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Tioga surely won't give up without a fight.
