Calallen came tearing into Tuesday's contest with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees 15-4. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly 11 runs.

Bianca Gonzales spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brookelynn Meador, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Kris Leal, who scored three runs while going 4-for-4.

Calallen was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .485. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .346 or higher in 12 consecutive matches.

Calallen pushed their record up to 24-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Tuloso-Midway, they moved to 17-10-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Calallen nor the Warriors & Cherokees have any future games scheduled.
