It was a good run, but Madison unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 56-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Silver Creek Dragons. While losing is never fun, the Cubs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 78th, while the Dragons are ranked 16th).

Madison's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-3. As for Silver Creek, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Madison will face off against Brownstown Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Silver Creek has already played their next contest (against Corydon Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
