Baseball Game Preview: Orem Tigers vs. Uintah Utes

For the second straight game, Orem will face off against Uintah. The Tigers will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against the Utes at 3:00 p.m. Orem will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Orem was able to grind out a solid win over Uintah, taking the game 10-5.

Benji Engemann was incredible, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Mack Ellison, who went 2-for-5 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Orem was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They are 6-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Uintah dropped their record down to 9-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Orem, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8.
