Neither the Shamrocks nor the Cubs could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. Catholic Central's defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

With that draw, Catholic Central's record moves to 11-2-3. Meanwhile, University of Detroit Jesuit's record is now 11-2-2.
