Basketball Recap: Legal Prep Takes a Loss

Legal Prep was the 72-28 winner over Juarez when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Legal Prep lost to the Juarez Eagles at home by a 70-54 margin on Tuesday.

Legal Prep's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-5. As for Juarez, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Legal Prep and Collins will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Collins will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Legal Prep surely won't give up without a fight. As for Juarez, they will square off against Chicago Collegiate at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chicago Collegiate has insisted on making their lastfour contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 0-4 during that stretch of close contests.
