Basketball Recap: Coldwater Comes Up Short

Coldwater lost against Versailles back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Coldwater Cavaliers took a 49-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Versailles Tigers. The Cavaliers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Coldwater's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Versailles, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-6.

When Coldwater and Versailles next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Coldwater will square off against Spencerville and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Versailles will try to stop Urbana's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
