Basketball Recap: Hercules Takes a Loss

Hercules was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 55-49 heartbreaker at the hands of the Swett Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-50 back in January.

Despite the loss, Hercules still got an impressive performance from Tyler Bautista, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Keoni Espeleta, who earned eight points.

Hercules' loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Swett, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.

Hercules has already played their next contest, a 47-42 defeat against Vintage on the 29th. As for Swett, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-36 loss against Albany on the 30th.
