Volleyball Game Preview: Medina Bees vs. Brunswick Blue Devils

The Medina Bees will take on the Brunswick Blue Devils at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brunswick took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Medina, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Medina got the win against Shaker Heights by a conclusive 3-0. The Bees haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Brunswick unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Reynoldsburg.

While Brunswick ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19.

Medina's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Brunswick, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Medina couldn't quite get it done against Brunswick in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 as they fell 3-1. Can the Bees avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
