Basketball Game Preview: Hanover Hornets vs. Colorado School for the Deaf Blind Bulldogs

Hanover is on a three-game streak of home losses, Colorado School for the Deaf Blind a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Wednesday. The Hanover Hornets will host the Colorado School for the Deaf Blind Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Colorado School for the Deaf Blind took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Hanover, who comes in off a win.

Hanover played in conference for the first time on Saturday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They took down Miami-Yoder 49-35.

Meanwhile, Colorado School for the Deaf Blind played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Cripple Creek-Victor 65-17. The Bulldogs were down 56-9 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Hanover has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points over those games. As for Colorado School for the Deaf Blind, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.

Everything came up roses for Hanover against Colorado School for the Deaf Blind in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-13 win.
