Basketball Recap: Sebeka Triumphs

Sebeka hadn't done well against Henning recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Sebeka Trojans snuck past the Henning Hornets with a 55-49 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 73-44 back in December of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Sebeka and bumps their season record up to 7-12. As for Henning, their loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16.

Sebeka has already played their next match (against Nevis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Henning will look to defend their home court on Sunday against Underwood at 7:15 p.m. Underwood knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Henning likes a good challenge.
