Volleyball Recap: Lee Comes Up Short

If Lee was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Union last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Legends came up short against the Wyoming Wolves on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Legends were not able to make up for their loss to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-6, 25-17.

Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wyoming, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Lee will host West Michigan Aviation Academy at 6:00 p.m. on September 4. After both having extra time off, Wyoming and Northview will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on September 4.
