While Mulvane's victory against Wellington wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Crusaders 6-5. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Gracie Warner tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 5.1 innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Mulvane let Olivia Ellis and Bailey Hall run wild.
