Bartow won against Mulberry on Friday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets didn't even let the McKeel Academy Wildcats on the board, marking the Yellow Jackets' second-straight 9-0 shutout. The Yellow Jackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Niamah Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Lexi Hayford, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.

Bartow hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McKeel Academy struck out 15 times.

The victory made it two in a row for Bartow and bumps their season record up to 17-2. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for McKeel Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-5.
