Mica Mountain put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Camelback Spartans by a score of 2-0.

Mica Mountain's offense was headlined by Andrew Evans and Sean Wiltshire, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Caleb Cherry and his 15 assists. Evans was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Mica Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Camelback, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Mica Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Sunnyside on the 22nd. As for Camelback, they will face off against Cactus Shadows at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Camelback is facing Cactus Shadows at the right time seeing as Cactus Shadows is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
