Volleyball Recap: Oakmont Victorious

Oakmont hadn't done well against Inderkum recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Oakmont Vikings came out on top against the Inderkum Tigers by a score of 2-0. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Troy Maxsom paced Oakmont's offense, picking up ten kills. Maxsom got some help from Adam Wegsteen and his 17 assists.

Oakmont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Oak Ridge on the 8th. As for Inderkum, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Cordova on the 8th.
