Basketball Game Preview: Keswick Christian Crusaders vs. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes

The Keswick Christian Crusaders are taking a road trip to face off against the Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 71-33 win over the Archers. Given the Hurricanes' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 347th, while the Archers are ranked 777th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bishop McLaughlin Catholic pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points per game. As for Keswick Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Keswick Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Bishop McLaughlin Catholic when the teams last played last Tuesday, winning 57-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Keswick Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
