Soccer Game Preview: Trinity vs. Chicago Hope Academy

The Trinity Blazers will face off against Chicago Hope Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Trinity's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

While Trinity's victory against Proviso West wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Blazers never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday. Trinity haven't had any issues with Proviso West recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Chicago Hope Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against Phoenix Military, falling 8-0. Chicago Hope Academy fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Phoenix Military since on Thursday.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 4-7-1. As for Chicago Hope Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-13.
