AB Hilton Dazzles in Screven County Win
Starting off the list is Screven County's AB Hilton, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hilton rushed for 197 yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 64 yards.
Screven County moved to 3-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Hilton and Screven County will take on Portal at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

McIntosh County Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. West and McIntosh County Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Portal at 7:30 p.m. on November 1st.

Samari Mcbride Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Portal got the W thanks in part to Samari Mcbride playing the best football he has all season. Mcbride rushed for 71 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Portal's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-4. Mcbride and Portal will be playing in front of their home fans against Screven County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
