Softball Recap: Hale Ray Noises vs. Old Saybrook Rams        
        
		
            
 On Friday, while Hale Ray put up plenty of  runs, the same  can't be said for Old Saybrook. The Hale Ray Noises put the hurt on the Old Saybrook Rams with a sharp  19-0 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Hale Ray.
  Lily Jahne made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. Jahne was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Julia Campbell was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Fenway Jankowski, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and a  double.
 Hale Ray's win bumped their record up to 2-0.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hale Ray will  square off against Old Lyme at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Old Saybrook, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on East Hampton at 4:00  p.m.  on April 16th.
