Volleyball Recap: Rockford Auburn Falls to Boylan Catholic in First Game of Season

Rockford Auburn had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Boylan Catholic Titans on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13.

Boylan Catholic can attribute much of their success to Gwendoyn Tsaras, who had 12 digs.

Rockford Auburn has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Belvidere North on the 28th. As for Boylan Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Lutheran on the 27th.
