Football Game Preview: Baldwin vs. Spring Hill

Spring Hill have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Baldwin at 7:00 PM. Spring Hill will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Spring Hill have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past Piper 24-22. Junior Zade Barker, who rushed for 182 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in Spring Hill's success.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Baldwin, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to four. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-40 to Bonner Springs. The state rankings had actually given Baldwin a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Spring Hill's win lifted them to 3-4 while Baldwin's defeat dropped them down to 2-6. Baldwin's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Spring Hill defensive front that amassed four sacks against Piper last Friday, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
