Football Recap: Leto Comes Up Short Despite Kaylanny Jimenez's Big Defensive Game

Leto fell victim to Destin and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 7-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Destin Sharks. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even if they lost, Leto's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Kaylanny Jimenez.

Leto's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Destin, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Leto has already played their next game, a 14-13 win against FAMU DRS on the 8th. As for Destin, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Wharton on the 8th.
