Volleyball Recap: Jeffersontown Comes Up Short

Jeffersontown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fern Creek Tigers. If the Chargers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jeffersontown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Fern Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season.

Jeffersontown will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Waggener at 6:00 p.m. As for Fern Creek, they will head out to challenge Portland Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
