Basketball Recap: Dinwiddie Comes Up Short

Dinwiddie lost against Atlee back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dinwiddie Generals lost 69-47 to the Atlee Raiders.

Dinwiddie's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Atlee, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Dinwiddie will finish 2024 at home by hosting Rise Academy at 12:00 p.m. on December 28th. Rise Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 games -- so hopefully Dinwiddie likes a good challenge. As for Atlee, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Bethel at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
