Flag Football Recap: Panther Creek Comes Up Short

Panther Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 13-12 heartbreaker at the hands of the Green Hope Falcons. The Catamounts were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 13-12.

When it comes to explaining why Panther Creek lost, don't look at Jocelyn Riley. Despite the final result, she rushed for 157 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 12 carries. With that strong performance, Riley is now averaging an impressive 104.1 rushing yards per game.
